1. The project and your contact
Tebblo is a messaging and community service with profiles, multiple identities per account, messages, media and calls.
Tebblo Ltd is the intended name of a company being formed in Malta. The legal identity and full contact details of the current operator, followed by the company registration details, still need to be added. This is a provisional version.
For questions, problems or complaints, contact support@tebblo.com. Support is also available in the application settings.
2. Access to the service
The website currently lets you sign up for an opening announcement. This does not create an application account or guarantee an opening date or early access.
The application is in development and testing. Features may change, become unavailable or require an update. Do not rely on it as your only means of communication in an emergency.
Use by a minor must comply with the conditions and permissions required by the law applicable to them. The minimum age and arrangements for minors still need to be specified before general availability; this draft does not authorise unrestricted access at any age.
3. Accounts, devices and identities
You are responsible for protecting your access credentials and the use you authorise on your account. Do not share passwords, recovery keys or security codes. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised use.
You can use multiple identities for your activities and communities. They remain linked to one account for the operation and security of the service. This feature does not permit impersonation or bypassing a block or sanction.
Sessions can be viewed and revoked in security settings. An expired or revoked session, or loss of its device key, requires authentication again.
4. Your content and other people's content
You retain your rights to the content you share. You must have the necessary rights and permissions, including for images, videos, music and information about other people.
You authorise only the operations needed to provide the requested service: transmission, hosting and display to your chosen recipients, together with essential technical processing. This does not transfer ownership of your content or authorise its resale.
Respect other members' privacy choices. A recipient can save or reproduce what they see: no setting alone can guarantee that no copy is made.
5. Communities, reports and moderation
The Community Guidelines apply to interactions on Tebblo. A community may set additional rules provided they comply with the law and the service rules.
Community administrators have moderation permissions within their space. The Tebblo team may also handle reports and take protective measures, including removing content, restricting a feature, suspending or closing access, depending on severity and context.
You can report content in the application and contact support to explain or challenge a decision. A security intervention may need to take place before a full review. This page does not describe blanket automated analysis of private conversations.
6. Subscriptions, gifts and purchases
Payment screens in the test version may operate in demonstration mode. A simulation is not an actual charge or an invoice.
Before any real paid offer, the seller's details, price, duration, renewal and cancellation terms, and applicable rights must be displayed at purchase. These terms of use do not replace complete terms of sale.
Opening a gift animation is not a new purchase. Gift benefits depend on its actual allocation and the information shown in the application.
7. Leaving and deleting data
You can erase an identity's messages using the available options or request account deletion in settings. Read the confirmations: deleting an account removes its identities and may also delete communities you own.
Deletion does not remove copies already saved by recipients or data held by a third party under its own responsibility. The Privacy Policy explains the scope of deletion and the retention details that still need to be finalised.
8. Availability, rights and changes
We aim to operate the service reliably without promising uninterrupted availability, freedom from all defects or absolute security. This does not remove your mandatory rights, including consumer rights.
The displayed date identifies this document version. Important changes must be brought to your attention appropriately; publishing a new version does not replace obtaining agreement where required.
For a dispute, contact support@tebblo.com first. Nothing in this draft takes away your right to contact a competent authority or court.
